   You know what the week costs you, and you know what pools on those streets already pay. The number is yours.

   I know what my state requires.

   You asked. You wrote down the license answer and the insurance answer, with a name and a date.

4. 04

   I have a way to reach the pools.

   A truck, or a car that can carry the tools and the chemicals without a negotiation every morning.

5. 05

   I have insurance, or a date to get it.

   General liability is in place, or it is on the calendar before the first paying stop. The truck's policy knows this is a business.
